In accordance with the bylaws of the Leica Historical Society of America (Article 8, Section 3), the Nominating Committee submits the following slate of nominees, for the stated Officer and Director positions, to be considered for election by the membership at the 2010 Annual Meeting of the Society:
President: Bill Grimwood
Vice President: Carolyn Santee
Secretary-Treasurer: Thomas C. Campbell, III
Director, Class of 2011: Carl Merkin – to finish the term of Carolyn Santee
Directors, Class of 2013:
Douglas Drumheller
Walter Dube
Stephen Wright*
*Please be advised that the Chair, Bill Thomas, and committee member, Richard Santee, nominated committee member, Stephen Wright, for Director, Class of 2013, and that Stephen Wright consented to that nomination.
Nominations have been discussed with the above candidates, and, individually, they have agreed to their separate nominations, and have stated that he/she will serve if elected. This revision as to form, dated April 9, 2010, is to both correct and clarify the earlier April 7, 2010 report and is to supersede that earlier document as the final report of the Nominating Committee.
Respectfully submitted,
Bill Thomas
Committee Members:
Richard Santee
Stephen Wright
