Leica Historical Society of America
40th Annual Meeting

The LHSA is pleased to announce its 40th Annual Meeting, to be held in Louisville, KY, October 29-November 2, 2008!

The headquarters hotel will be the beautiful landmark BROWN HOTEL in downtown Louisville, within walking distance of museums, historic sites, and entertainment venues.  The LHSA room rate will be $149.

Louisville's airport is served by all major carriers and a free hotel shuttle is available to transport guests upon arrival.

The 2008 Annual Meeting events will include:

• "Leica On Loan" program by Leica Camera, Inc.
• Photographic workshops sponsored by Leica Camera, Inc.
• Special presentation by the curator of the photographic archives at the University of Louisville
• Tour of Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby
• Visit to the Bluegrass country and bourbon distillery tour
• LHSA Trade Fair

Hotel reservations will be available by early summer.
