Parked next to a convenience store, Mr. Batten offers his Florida melons for sale. His only comment to me was: "Melons are running small this year because of the drought."
For sale, "Boiled Peanuts" offered by the Peanut Lady. The cart is an up scale facility and offers a drive up window. Most Florida boiled peanuts are sold from a shack, with a dirt drive.
